staff spoke english, rooms clean, lots of advise available about the local area, buffet breakfast substantial with courteous staff.
In Kazimierz district. Large clean rooms.
Tea, coffee, water not replaced. Room over looked court yard with apartments being restored. Workmen started at 7.30am. Very near railway line. Lone female guest. Room was very isolated had to get lift to first floor go along dimley lite corridor to a door which took me to a secluded stairwell. Had to struggle with 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and then re enter hotel through another locked door to my room. Felt very alone and vunerable especially at night returning to my room
This is one of the best hotel bargains anywhere. Not a 5* plush hotel. Just friendly & helpful staff. Clean & spacious rooms. Excellent location at edge of Old Jewish Section & a short 30 minute walk to Old Town. Tram just 10 meters from front door that quickly & inexpensively takes you to a major shopping centre & the Main Train Station., Surrounded by excellent restaurants & museums.
Needs more English tv Stations. Just bbc & hbo for late night viewing.
excellent value for clean and comfortable hotel
Excellent location outside the Old Town but within a 10 minute walk. Frienfly and efficient staff.
Tram line just outside which some people may find quite noisy.
Convenience to Jewish quarter, tram museum and tram routes to city.
Location is good for shopping and sight seeing.the old Jewish square is just across the road..... Breakfast is usual European buffet ... No complaints about this hotel... Good price and location.....
Rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, and the price is very reasonable. Enjoy Krakow!
Efficient and helpful staff, reception open 24/7, very clean room, great location, modern bathroom, free internet, great value.
Thin walls - you can easily hear people talking in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. The beds were ok but not so great for comfort. Some minor complaints: Scrambled eggs were available for our first breakfast, but not for any of the other mornings. We never had our tea and coffee refilled so had to ask every single day for new teabags.
We met a lot of friendly staff , central location, clean, comfortable, varied breakfast and organising of sight seeing trips
the only down side was that there was no bar to relax in the evening so you had to goout each night
helpful staff and the overall look
Location nexr to Old Jewish Section is excellent. Not far from Old City, Train Station. Very good Breakfast. Staff always very helpful.
I have stayed here 4 - 5 times in the last 2 years. When I arrived, they had me in a tiny room with a very small single bed. Iwas not happy with this & to their credit, they did change my room but not as nice as what I have had in the past. Laundry charges are insanely high. There is a self-serve laundry within walking distance or do it yourself. I did not have the time to do this & paid over usd $40.00 to do 4 shirts & 3 pr of Socks & Underwear. Insulting!
Close to city centre, very good breakfast, cleanliness of room, friendly staff although not very good english speakers.
Nothing specific. Maybe they should replenish coffee in room once it finishes.
Polite staff, situation and price was exellent, nice neigbourhood, very good breakfast.
Traffic noise might disturbe, nothing bad for me.
very convienient for the centre just a few minutes walk. Breakfast was very good
nothing to say it was a good value hotel
